Register your travel online before you come to the Philipinnes: https://etravel.gov.ph/
Registration on the Philipinnes eTravel system is mandatory and must be completed no later than 72 hours before your travel.
The registration/ticket fee only covers the gathering sessions. You must book and arrange your accommodation and meals separately and in addition to your registration. Children and youth up to 18yrs old must be registered as well (as a part of your registration). Meals at your cost are available in the shopping mall below the meeting venue
For participants who are unable to make it to the gathering and wishes to cancel their registration, we will refund payments in full (minus processing fee of $6 USD per participant).
You will need to find your own housing, but we have compiled a few options nearby to make it easier (Click here)
You can also find you own accommodation at guest houses, AirBnB etc.
Please consider the distance to venue to avoid traffic conditions.
